Adult Jiu Jitsu
No-Gi and Gi jiu jitsu for adults of every level. We specialise in No-Gi, and beginners start on day one.
Best for: Adults who want to learn grappling, get in shape, and train with a resisting partner.
Our striking programme pulls from boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing rather than teaching them as separate silos. You'll learn to punch, kick, knee and defend, on pads and bags, with technique that holds up under pressure.
If it's your first time: No hard sparring in your first classes. You'll be on pads and bags learning the mechanics before anything else.
No classes match those filters.
No. Beginners work pads and bags. Sparring is a later, optional step and always at a controlled intensity.
Not to start. We have loaner gear. Most people buy their own once they know they're sticking with it.

Best for: Grapplers who keep ending up on the bottom and want to control where the fight happens.
Where the striking and grappling programmes meet: takedowns off strikes, cage work and ground and pound.
Best for: Trained students who want to put striking and grappling together.
