MMA is where the two halves of the gym come together: the striking you learn in kickboxing, the control you learn in jiu jitsu and wrestling, and the transitions between them. It runs once a week, on Sunday evenings.
If it's your first time: MMA assumes you have some base. If you're brand new, start in jiu jitsu or kickboxing and move across once you're comfortable. We'll tell you when you're ready.
No classes match those filters.
We'd rather you didn't. Start in jiu jitsu or kickboxing, build a base, then move across. You'll progress faster and get hurt less.
