No. Most people who walk in have never trained before, and every class has beginners in it.
No. You get fit by training. Set your own pace, and sit a round out whenever you need to.
You will not be thrown into hard sparring on day one. First classes are drilling and positional work at a pace that suits you.
Shorts and a t-shirt without zips or pockets. Bring a water bottle.
Not to start. We have loaner gear for your first classes. Buy your own once you know you're sticking with it.
Four. The youngest groups focus on movement, balance and simple positions, and there is no striking in the kids programme.
We'll talk about membership if you want to. There's no automatic rollover and no card on file, so nothing happens unless you decide it does.
Parking. Park directly in front of the entrance. If that's full there's a large lot in front of Washington St, plus street parking along Southwest Blvd.
Getting in. Enter through the front door on Southwest Blvd. The mat is straight ahead.
We open around scheduled classes rather than staying open all day. Check the schedule for exact times, or call ahead if you want to drop in.
