Questions

Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu FAQ

Do I need a wrestling background?

No. Most people here don't have one. That's exactly why the class exists.

Is it hard on the body?

It's the most physical class we run, but the drilling is scaled and you learn to fall before you learn to be thrown.
